Along with some incredible advancements in technology, interesting innovations have been taking place in the field of education. The hindrances, such as mobility, occurring in the academic systems due to the COVID-19 gave way to intelligent modes of delivering quality education using technology. Although new, but the trend of online education and training is finally being accepted in Pakistan on a broad-spectrum.
However, the pandemic has not only put the future of all the students on the line but it has also made the teachers suffer to a great extent. A huge gap has been observed in the teachers’ training. This realization is what gave birth to the idea of an Online Teacher Training Programme. An idea that is not only cost-effective but convenient for the learners too.
Through this programme, ABESTEC will deliver education and interactive training to the teachers in a qualitative manner with the help of a software program, named, Zoom. Undoubtedly, our online teacher training programme is not only cost-effective but convenient as well.
The programme involves extremely competent mentors who have a strong grip on their specialized subjects. To make the programme richer, instead of having one training station, we will establish several training stations in different cities of Pakistan from where the mentors will give online training to the learners.
ONLINE TRAINING
Training Delivery Mechanism and Approach
- Training lectures through a software program, named, ZOOM, hosted by ABES.
- All training will have a joyful learning approach with interactive learning.
- Each participant will get a mini kit exclusively designed for each training package.
- Participants can be a part of multiple training topics.
- Minimum 10 participants will make a group.
- All trainings will include a session on SOPs for COVID 19.
- Life skills will be cross cutting theme.
- The entire package will be video based.
